Our maintenance contracts include a number of support elements ‘MACs’ where we will also perform routine changes to your systems. Should you require more complex changes or office moves our project teams will engage to scope the requirements and quote for the work.
Extera Assist is our remote support tool which allows us to guide you through making the changes you need to, or to make the necessary changes on your behalf, without charging for a site visit as some maintainers insist on, often saving you hundreds of pounds per call!
